By accessing or using the Site, submitting an enquiry, or completing our funding eligibility form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of Our Service

Freddie Finance is not a bank, lender, or credit provider. We do not provide credit, make lending decisions, or hold an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) or Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).

Freddie Finance operates as an independent lead generation and referral service. We collect information from business owners who may be seeking business funding and may pass that information to third-party finance brokers and/or licensed credit providers ("Partners") who may contact you regarding finance products.

Submitting information through this Site:

• Does not constitute a loan application;
• Does not guarantee you will be offered or approved for any finance product;
• Does not create any lending relationship between you and Freddie Finance.

Any finance product ultimately offered to you will be provided by a licensed third party, subject to their own terms, credit assessment, interest rates, fees, and eligibility criteria — none of which are set or controlled by Freddie Finance.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age;
• An owner, director, or authorised representative of an operating Australian business;
• Submitting information for a genuine business funding enquiry.

4. How Our Referral Service Works

• You complete our online eligibility form and provide certain business and contact details.
• We may use this information to match you with one or more Partners who may be able to assist with your funding enquiry.
• Your information may be shared with one or more Partners, who may contact you directly by phone, SMS, or email to discuss finance options.
• We may receive a referral fee, commission, or other payment from a Partner if you proceed with a finance product through them. This does not affect the price or terms you are offered.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, credit, legal, or tax advice. Information provided is general in nature and does not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decision.

6. Accuracy of Information

You warrant that any information you provide to us is true, accurate, and not misleading. You must not impersonate another person or submit an enquiry on behalf of a business you are not authorised to represent.

We reserve the right to verify any information provided and to decline to pass on your enquiry to a Partner at our discretion.
