How We're Paid & What We Do
Who we are
Freddie Finance is a referral service operated by C Kelly & Co Pty Ltd (ABN 82 653 945 183). We are not a credit provider and do not hold an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) or Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). We operate under an exemption from these licensing requirements on the basis that we act solely as a lead generator/referrer and do not provide credit assistance, credit advice, or arrange credit contracts ourselves.
What we do
We collect general information about your business and funding needs and pass this information to third-party finance brokers and/or licensed credit providers ("Partners") who may be able to assist you. Any decision to offer you finance, and the terms of that finance, are made solely by the relevant Partner — not by Freddie Finance.
How we're paid
We may receive a referral fee, commission, or other payment from a Partner if you proceed with a finance product through them. This fee is paid by the Partner and does not increase the cost of any product to you. Our recommendations are not independent financial advice, and you should compare offers and read all terms and conditions provided by a Partner before proceeding.
